断路器用储能电容管理电路设计

摘    要:直流断路器的分断固有时间为毫秒级1],大多采用脉冲脱扣器进行脱扣动作。储能电容是脉冲脱扣器重要能量来源2]。针对断路器用储能电容充电管理问题,本文设计了一种断路器用储能电容充电管理电路,动态对电容电压进行检测,识别电容过压、充电完毕及输出允许,极大提高了直流断路器脉冲脱扣器的安全性。

Abstract:DC circuit breaker's breaking natural time is millisecond, and pulse tripper is mostly used for tripping action. Energy storage capacitor is an important energy source for pulse release. Aiming at the charge management of energy storage capacitor for circuit breakers, a management circuit of energy storage capacitors for circuit breakers is designed, which dynamically detects capacitor voltage, identifies capacitor overvoltage, charging and output permission, and greatly improves the safety of DC circuit breaker pulse release.
