摘    要:LNG加注船作为一种为LNG燃料动力船提供加注的新型加注基础设施船舶,在国内尚处于初步研究阶段。基于已有事故案例的危险性,并结合《液化天然气燃料加注作业指南(2017)》的相关要求,开展加注船加注过程的泄漏火灾事故定量风险分析。通过简化加注过程泄漏火灾事故树,求取顶上事件的概率和个人风险值,并以失效概率为判断标准,选取加注软管为泄漏对象,通过10 mm(易发生状况)和50 mm(最危险状况)两种孔径工况的泄漏,针对5 000 m~3加注船运用PHAST软件进行泄漏扩散和火灾后果模拟分析,最后提出相关的控制措施建议,这对LNG加注船加注过程泄漏火灾事故发生可能性的降低具有积极意义。

Abstract:LNG bunkers are a new type of filling infrastructure ship for LNG fuel powered vessels, and domestic research is still in its infancy. Based on the risk of existing accident cases, and the relevant requirements of the LNG fuel filling operation instruction (2017), the quantitative risk analysis of the leakage fire accident in the filling process is carried out. By simplifying the filling process, the fire accident tree is used to obtain the probability of the top event and the personal risk value. Taking the failure probability as the criterion, the filling hose is selected as the leakage object. Through the leakage of (easy condition) 10mm and (most dangerous condition) 50mm aperture, and using the PHAST software for 5000m3 filling ship to carry out leakage diffusion and fire consequences simulation analysis, and finally put forward relevant control measures. It is of positive significance to reduce the possibility of a fire accident in the filling process of a LNG bunker.
