摘    要:基于CATIA的二次开发,提出一种基于船舶AutoCAD型线图自动生成船舶三维实体模型和计算稳性的方法,该方法可避免大量的人工建模和计算时间。利用VB编程,基于型线图自动提取船体的三维点坐标,实现船舶主船体线框模型、曲面模型和实体模型的快速自动生成,基于实体模型自动获取船体的BOM信息,并进行船舶静水力和大倾角稳性的自动计算。通过实船算例验证,该方法操作简单、计算迅速,计算结果与传统计算方法相比更加精确可靠,具有较高的工程应用价值。

Abstract:Based on the secondary development of CATIA, a method for automatically generating a ship’s three-dimensional solid model based on ship AutoCAD hull line and for calculating the stability is proposed.This method avoids the large amount of manual modeling and calculation time. The VB programming is used to automatically extract the 3 D point coordinates of the hull based on the hull line, and the rapid automatic generation of the hull wireframe model, surface model and solid model is realized. The BOM information of the hull is automatically obtained based on the solid model, and the ship’s hydrostatic force and large inclination stability are automatically calculated. A practical example shows that the method is simple and fast, and its calculation results are more accurate and reliable than the calculation results of traditional methods. It has great engineering application value.
