摘    要:城市开发过程中,构建城市绿色交通系统的需求日益迫切,如何协调交通系统要素,使城市交通向绿色可持续发展方向转变,是一个值得研究的问题。从分析交通系统关键要素及其与环境问的关系入手,分别从土地利用整合、路网规划布局、交通设施规划设计、交通政策制定、交通文化建设等方面提出以绿色交通为目标的交通规划设计管理的基本思路和方法,基于该方法完成共青城的交通规划设计。仿真结果显示,该方法有利于促进绿色交通开发建设。

Abstract:In the process of city development, there is a direct need for green traffic system. How to create traffic system elements reasonably and make the traffic development turn to sustainable way is a problem worthy of study. The relations among environment and the key factors of traffic system are analyzed. Moreover, separately describes the ideas and methods that based on green transportation target. It includes transportation and land use integration, road network layout planning, traffic facilities design, traffic policy making, traffic culture construction,etc. Taking the ideas in Gongqing city traffic planning as the case, the simulation result shows the ideas is conductive to the promotion of green transportation development.
