过街行人的交通特性及对策研究

行人作为交通系统中的弱势群体，在过街的过程中最易发生交通事故，且事故后果严重，研究过街行人的交通特性有利于降低行人的事故发生率，保障道路交通安全与畅通。基于大量的文献资料和调查数据分析行人的过街行为、过街速度和过街违法成因，并在研究过街行人交通特性的基础上，提出设置机动车右转信号灯、安装倒计时式人行信号灯、优化信号相位配时、加强驾驶人和行人的交通安全宣传教育等对策。

A study of traffic characteristics of pedestrian crossing the street and countermeasures

Pedestrians as a vulnerable group in the transportation system are more easy tu cu accidents in the process of crossing the street, and the consequences of the accident are more serious. A study on traffic characteristics of pedestrians crossing the street helps to reduce pedestrian accidents, ensuring the safety and smooth flow of road traffic. Based on a lot of literatures and survey data an analysis is made on pedestrian crossing behavior, the speed and the illegally crossing the street. The pedestrian traffic characteristics can be conductive to propose some countermeasures such as setting vehicle right turn signal lights, installing countdown style pedestrian lights, optimizing the signal phase timing, and enhancing traffic safety publicity and education for drivers and pedestrians crossing the street.
