| Abstract: | The existing methods for evaluating the structure vitality of a submarine are summarized and some limitations of them are discussed. Based on a concept of equal damage surface and computer-aided simulation of the dynamic response of the structure of a submarine to an underwater explosion, a new system for evaluating the structure vitality of a submarine is proposed. The features of the new evaluation system are analyzed and the specific steps to implement the system are described. |
