| Abstract: | The paper is mainly about the solution and the structure of MAN (metropolitan area network). The reasonableness of the solution scheme of MAN is justified through comparing the advantages and disadvantages of main MAN technologies, and the network structure of MAN is introduced by analyzing the service types and their functions. With all this, it is shown that advantages of various technologies should be played so that the MAN can meet the demands of the market. |
