摘    要:利用废钢增碳的方式取代传统的生铁来生产合成铸铁,可提高铸件质量,降低生产成本。本文介绍了增碳剂的选用及其性能指标,分析了熔炼速度和温度、铁液化学成分、铁液搅拌以及增碳剂加入量、加入方式等熔炼工艺对增碳剂吸收率的影响,并探讨了废钢增碳工艺后的合成铸铁的组织及性能变化趋势。

Abstract:Production of compound cast iron with scrap steel recarburization in place of conventional pig iron can improve the quality of castings and reduce the cost of production. This paper introduces the selection and properties of recarburizers, analyzes the influence of melting speed and temperature, chemical composition of molten iron, stirring of molten iron, addition of recarburizer and the adding process on the absorptivity of recarburizer, and studies the trend of structures and properties of compound iron with the application of scrap steel recarburizing process.
