| 摘 要： | 以25G型铁路客车内装侧墙板和地板为例介绍了模块化概念在25G型铁路客车设计和制造上的应用,通过设计和充分考虑模块化装配的工艺要求及接口关系,采取工艺措施解决了组装工艺难点,保证了安装质量,取得了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | With interior side wall and flooring as examples,this paper presents the application of modular concept to the design and manufacture of 25G railway passenger coaches.In consideration of the design,requirements on modular assembly and interfaces,technical measures are taken to overcome assembly difficulties,so as to guarantee a high installation quality. |
