青岛城市低碳交通体系分析与策略建议

2012年2源节约、环境友好、划与实施两个方面，来，实现人与社会，月青岛成为国家开展低碳交通运输体系建设的第二批试点城市之一，本文以构建社会公平、资通行顺畅的青岛城市低碳交通体系为核心目标，依据青岛城市交通特征现状与既有规划，从规分析青岛城市低碳交通体系并提出相应的策略建议；把低碳发展与共享交通便利完美地结合起人与自然的和谐统一。

Analysis and Strategic Suggestions on Qingdao Urban Low-carbon Transport System

Qingdao was nationaly designated as one of the second pilot cities in 2012 February, which develops the low-carbon transport system.Taking the construction of Qingdao urban low-carbon transport systems with social equity, resources saving, enviroment friendly and transit mobility as the core target, according to the current status of transport characteristics and existing plans of Qingdao, from the angels of planning and implementation, this paper analyses Qingdao urban low-carbon transport system and proposes the corresponding strategic suggestions, which combines the development with low-carbon and enjoyment of the transit mobility perfectly for the harmonious unification of human - society and human - nature.
