磁道钉的磁场计算与仿真研究

摘    要:
磁道钉是基于磁信号导航的自动公路系统的道路引导标志之一。磁道钉一般为圆柱形钕铁硼永磁体。介绍永磁体外任一点的磁感应强度的计算公式。利用Matlab计算磁感应强度得到曲面图;用ANSYS有限元软件对磁道钉磁场分布进行仿真,比较不同形状和尺寸的永磁体的磁场分布,对磁道钉进行优化选型。

Abstract:
Magnetic marker is one of the guiding signals of the Automatic Highway System based on magnetic signals. Magnetic marker is made up of a kind of permanent magnet -- NdFeB. This paper introduces the flux density computing formula of any point outside the permanent magnet and got the curvesurface figures by Matlab. Magnetic distribution simulation is completed by ANSYS. It gave the choosing result by comparing magnetic field distribution of different shapes and sizes of permanent magnet.
