| Abstract: | Nowadays, urbanization is the prevailing development trend of society and economy in every country all over the world. There are complicated interaction relations between urban transportation and urban morphology, especially for urban spatial structure. The evolution process of urban transportation and urban morphology is reviewed in this paper, and the healthy urban spatial structure guided by urban transportation is studied. On the basis of transit priority, transit oriented development mode should be used to realize harmonious urban morphology and urban transportation of Chinese style. |
