铁路客运专线32 m/900 t梁现浇设备移动模架方案比选

研究目的:结合施工现场的实际情况,通过对上承式和下承式2种型式移动模架造桥机的特点和适应性比较,选择出合适的型式;通过对各专业生产厂家设计方案的比较,选择出合适的设计方案;给项目经理决策提供依据,确保本大型设备采购成功。研究结果:经过比选,采用2套郑州大方桥机公司研发的DSZ900/32型上承自行式移动模架造桥机来完成制梁任务;利用本造桥机在武广铁路客运专线XXTJV标已浇筑完成32 m/900 t梁3榀。

The Program Comparison and Selection of Travelling Die Carrier for Casting in Place 32 m/900 t Beam for Passenger Dedicated Line

Research purposes:According to the real conditions of construction site,the suitable type of machine is selected through making comparison of the characteristics and adaptabilities of the bridge girder erecting machines with top travelling die cartier and bottom travelling die cartier,and the suitable design program is selected through making comparisons of the design programs provided by the manufacturers for the purpose of purchasing the large-sized equipment correctly. Research results:Through comparison and selection,two sets of DSZ900/32 Bridge Girder Erecting Machines with top self-propelled travelling die cartier developed by Zhengzhou Dafang Bridge-machine Co.Ltd.are purchased for prefabricating beams,and now the machines have be used on Wuchang-Guangzhou railway passenger dedicated line and three units of 32m/900t beam have be manufactured by them.
