摘    要:利用pro/e三维建模软件中的动态装配和包络制作等功能,实现了快速完成柴油机零件工程设计阶段的运动件与固定件之间的干涉检查.与以往传统二维干涉检查方法相比,这种方法具有运算准确、效率高的特点.因此,可以缩短新柴油机设计开发周期,避免因设计失误造成后期实物装配出现干涉的问题.

Abstract:By the dynamic assemblage and envelope creation function of Pro/e,the interference-check between dynamic components and fixed components can be done quickly.Compared with the traditional two dimension interference-check method,this method can work more precisely and more efficiently.So,the design cycle can be shorten,the components interference during assemblage can be avoid.
