多普勒超声检测糖尿病患者的血管内皮功能

目的　利用多普勒超声评价糖尿病 (Diabetes,DM)患者的血管内皮功能。方法　测 3 0例DM患者和 3 0例正常人肱动脉充气加压及舌下含服硝酸甘油前后血管直径的变化。结果　DM患者存在血管内皮功能受损 ,应用多普勒超声可以早期、准确、有效地评价糖尿病患者血管内皮功能。

Clinieal application of Doppler Ultrasonography for assessing endothelium-dependent dilatation function in diabetes mellitus

Objective To study the endothelium dependent dilatation function (EDDF) in the patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) by using Doppler Ultrasonography . Methods The subjects included 30 DM patients and 30 matched normal controls. Endothelium dependent dilatation function (EDDF) was assessed as the change in diameter of the brachial artery during reactive hyperemia and in response to taking nitroglycerin with B mode ultrasonography.Results The increased percentage of the diameter was lower both under the hyperemic condition and after taking nitroglycerin in patients with DM than that in normal controls. Conclusion Endothelial dysfunction exists in the patients with diabetes mellitus. Doppler Ultrasonography can be used as an effective method to evaluate the function of EDDF.
