| 摘 要： | 修建中的某隧道位于高地应力区，局部地段地下水发育，易产生软岩大变形。在分析该隧道围岩发生大变形原因的基础上，从设计和施工两方面讨论了隧道大变形的防治措施，优化了支护参数，取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | The groundwater is developed in part of a tunnel under construction, which lies in high initial geostress area, and is easy to suffer soft-rock large deformation. This paper discusses the preventing and controlling measure for large deformation of the tunnel from the aspects of design and construction, which optimized support and protecting parameters, and obtained good effect. |
