| 摘 要： | 分析了前、后制动蹄偏心轴轧制的工艺设计,推导了偏心部分的孔型曲线方程,对零件轧制的工艺调试也作了简要分析。前后制动蹄偏心轴的轧制成功,为扩大楔横轧的应用范围创造了良好的条件。

| Abstract: | The rolling process design of eccentric shafts in front and back brake is analyzed.The curve's equation of wedge rolling die for forming eccentric parts is deduced. The technical debugging course is analyzed.The succeed of rolling of eccentric shaft in front and back brake will expand the application of wedge rolling. |
