高液限粘土的碾压技术

摘    要:高液限粘土不适宜作为路基的填筑材料。在缺土的杭(州)-衢(州)高速公路柯城段第17合同段路线上,业主和监理都不同意弃掉5万多m^3的高液限粘土,因此给施工带来一定的难度。本文主要阐述如何控制高液限粘土的含水量、碾压机的碾压次数和作业速度。使该粘土的压实度达到技术规程的质量标准。

Abstract:Cohesive soil with high liquid limit is not suitable to be used as fill material for road beds.But,for the Kecheng Strerch of Hangz hou-Hengzhou Expressway as covered in Contract No.17,where suitable fill materi al was scarce,both the Employer and the Engineer did not agree to discard the co hesive soil of more than 50 000 m3 with high liquid limit,creating some diffic ulties for the construction of this stretch of highway.This paper herein descri bes how to control the water content in the cohesive soil with high liquid limit ,number of passes by rollers and the rate of construction to make the density of the cohesive soil meet the quality standards specified in the technic al specifications.
