| 摘 要： | 广州地铁1、2号线已开通运行了多年,各车辆相继要进入大修期,对车辆转向架的检修关系到车辆大修的质量.转向架静压试验台作为测试转向架性能的试验设备,对转向架的检修调整起到至关重要的作用.详细介绍了转向架静压试验台的组成、原理,对转向架一、二系弹簧进行了加垫的分析,并提出了改进建议.

| Abstract: | The metro line No. 1 and 2 has been put into operation for many years and the vehicles are to be overhauled soon or later. The inspection of the vehicle bogies will influence the quality of the overhaul. As a test equipment for bogie performances, the static pressure test stand for bogies is very critic to the inspection of bogies. The configuration and principle of the test stand is elaborated. The analysis of the primary and secondary spring in the bogie is done and suggestions for improvement are put forward. |
