波形钢腹板组合梁应用与研究进展

摘    要:波形钢腹板组合梁具有施工速度快、节省支架和模板等优点,具有十分广阔的应用前景。在简要叙述波形钢腹板组合梁的组成及受力特点、国内外应用情况的基础上,重点介绍了波形钢腹板组合梁的抗剪性能、抗弯性能及抗扭转畸变性能在国内、外研究进展情况,指出了目前存在的问题与不足,并提出了建议,包括:如何考虑混凝土板及连接件对组合梁抗剪承载力的有利作用,不考虑波形钢腹板对梁整体抗弯的有利影响,进一步加强关于扭转畸变的研究等。

Abstract:Composite box girders with corrugated steel webs have the advantages of improving construction efficiency, and saving shoring and formwork, and thus enjoy wide applications. Upon the basis of briefly introducing the composition of the composite box girders with corrugated steel webs, their force characteristics and their applications both at home and abroad, stress is placed,in the paper, on the introduction to the progress in the study of the behavior of and the design methods for composite box girders with corrugated steel webs, i.e. shear behavior, flexural behavior, and torsion behavior, with their existing problems and shortcomings pointed out. Also put forward are some useful proposals including how to take into account the good effects of the concrete slabs, connecting parts on the anti-torsion bearing capability of composite box girders with corrugated steel webs, and without considering the good effects of corrugated steel webs on the integral anti-bending performance of the beam, the study of the torsion-caused deformation should be strengthened.
