| 摘 要： | 轨道交通应急平台是以公共安全科技和信息技术为支撑、以应急管理流程为主线、软硬件相结合的突发公共事件应急保障技术系统,是实施应急预案的工具.运用现代安全科技和信息规划理论,通过研究城市轨道交通应急指挥平台的体系结构、层次结构、应用结构和功能机构.提出建立城市轨道交通应急指挥平台所需要的关键技术,包括信息资源整合共享技术和城市轨道交通地理信息系统技术等.
