自卸车联动式开合机构的原理及系统压力分析

摘    要:基于自卸车传统开合机构设计方法,在车厢举升起始阶段用液压举升系统的动力实现车厢后板的自动开启;液压系统的设计避免了在举升过程中后板自动回落,机械式自动锁紧装置提高了机构可靠性。通过建立运动分析数学模型,提出了机构工作过程中压力和角度的函数关系,证明了机构设计的可行性,更好地满足自卸车使用要求。

Abstract:Base on the design method of traditional switching mechanism with the dumper, during the beginning of body lifting hydraulic system brings the power that finish the automatic opening of vehicle backboard. The design of this hydraulic system avoids automatic dropping of backboard in the process of lifting, and the mechanical device of automatic lock system improved reliability of mechanism. This article put forward the functional relation of pressure and angle by established the mode of mathematical motion analysis when mechanism is working. To prove feasibility of mechanism design and more attain the dumper-using requirement.
