摘    要:旅大10-1油田生产形势好,油藏通过继续挖潜预测出较好采收率,启动了该油田综合调整工程开发。在开发方案研究中,工程方新建注水海管,降低水源井产水,解决油田富余生产水回注问题;通过新老平台修井机轨道对接实现后续钻完井、修井作业;改变电网运行方式,以零成本方式提高电网热备容量。最终开发方案顺利通过审查并已实施投产,为这个"短平快"的项目打下良好的设计基础,也为今后类似的工程进行了有益探索。

Abstract:The development plan of LD10-1 Oilfield regulation projection is implemented due to its good production situation and the great potential for recovery efficiency through the continous exploitation. In the research of this development plan, the water produced by the water source well is lowered by the new injection water pipeline to solve the reinjection of the redundant produced water. The later drilling, completion and workover operations are conducted by the skids combination of the workover rig on new and old platforms. And the hot standby capacity of the power grid is improved without cost by changing its operation mode. Finally, the development plan has been approved and put into practical application. It can lay good foundation and set the exploration for the similar projects in future.
