摘    要:直接功率控制(DPC)以其简洁明了的系统结构、优良的动静态性能,逐渐成为研究热点。文章提出了一种固定开关频率的双馈风力发电系统网侧直接功率控制策略,该策略基于空间电压矢量调制(SVM),简化了滤波器的设计,实现了动态过程中有功功率和无功功率的解耦控制;同时在直流电压控制环中设计了一个模糊PI控制器。最后利用软件Matlab/Simulink进行了仿真,仿真结果表明改进后的DPC策略能够实现单位功率因数,电流谐波小,具有良好的动静态和鲁棒性能;所设计的模糊PI控制器能够抑制启动时直流电压、有功和无功功率的波动,具有良好的鲁棒性。

Abstract:Direct Power Control (DPC) has gradually became a research focus due to the simple system structure, excellent dynamic and static performance. This paper proposes a DPC strategy of doubly-fed wind power system for fixed switching frequency. Based on the Space Vector Modulation (SVM), it simplifies the design of filter and achieves decoupling control for both active and reactive power during dynamic process. Meanwhile, a fuzzy PI controller is designed in DC voltage control loop. Furthermore,simulation is carried out by Matlab/Simulink at last and the result shows that with excellent dynamic-static performance and robustness,the improved DPC strategy can realize unit power factor and small current harmonic. The designed fuzzy PI controller restrains the fluctuation of DC voltage, active power and reactive power effectively, and also has excellent robustness.
