摘    要:
本文以主机为WNSD7RTA62U的某油轮的轴系为对象,通过对比分析四种不同的中间轴承的布置方案,评价了中间轴承对船舶轴系力学状态的影响.本文轴系合理校中与轴系回旋振动的数字计算结果表明,中间轴承对船舶轴系的状态存在着比较复杂的作用,首先在常规设计中,必须对中间轴承的位置进行三维优化;其次取消中间轴承的非常规设计,对船舶轴系的状态的改善是可行的.这对解决大型船舶轴系校中受船体变形影响和革新大型船舶轴系的传统设计与计算是有用的.

Abstract:
The intermediate bearing of one oil tanker with a WNSD7RTA62U main engine is fixed on the four places to simulate and evaluate effects of the ship shafting mechanical condition.The results of the numerical simulation on the shafting alignment and whirling vibration show that intermediate bearing place takes important part in ship shafting mechanical condition.First,the place of intermediate bearing must be optimized in three-dimensional space.Second,it is proved possible that intermediate bearing is canceled for large vessel to improve ship shafting mechanical condition effected by hull deformation.It is valuable for revolutionize the ship shafting design and calculation of large vessel.
