| 摘 要： | 为了提高自由曲面数控加工的工件成型质量,文中基于C im atron软件CAD/CAM集成环境下,对反向工程中重构出的自由曲面CAD模型进行数控加工编程的方法和原则进行了讨论,提出通过“WCUT”和“SRFPKT”的数控编程加工方法可以获得较高的成型质量和加工效率。并用实例验证了其有效性。

| Abstract: | To improve the quality of the product with free-form surface through NC(Numerical Control) machining,the principle of CAD model reconstruction in the reverse engineering is discussed based on the CAD/CAM integrated circumstance of Cimatron software.The WCUT and SRFPKT techniques are proposed to(achieve) a higher modeling quality and production efficiency.The effectiveness are proved by practical examples. |
