液压锚绞机墙架有限元分析及设计优化

摘    要:运用有限元法对液压锚绞机墙架进行分析,指出墙架有优化的空间。以原墙架有限元分析得到的最大应力和位移为约束,运用OPTISTRUCT对墙架板材厚度进行优化。优化后,墙架的强度有所加强,墙架整体重量减轻了21.4%。该优化分析结果已经在实际产品中应用,并获得良好使用效果,该方法对类似问题的解决具有一定的指导作用和借鉴意义。

Abstract:The finite element method was applied to analyze the original anchor mooring winch wall frames, it was pointed out that the wall frames have optimization space. With the maximum stress and displacement of the original wall frames, the OPTISTRUCT was used to optimize the thickness of the wall frame plates. After optimization, the strength of the wall frames was strengthened, and the overall weight of the wall frames was reduced by 21.4%. The optimization analysis results have been applied in the actual product and get good results. It has a certain guidance and reference for solving similar problems.
