摘    要:
某直列六缸发动机在台架试验中发生曲轴断裂的情况,通过检测确定硅油减振器已失效;为了确定硅油减振器失效与曲轴断裂的关系,搭建了发动机动力学模型对曲轴在可靠性试验台架上的工作状态进行模拟,分析比较了在硅油减振器正常和失效情况下曲轴的负荷情况及相应的疲劳可靠性差异。通过分析确定发动机曲轴断裂的主要原因是硅油减振器失效;在减振器失效后曲轴长时间在轴系扭转共振点附近全负荷运行,振动产生的动力学载荷使曲轴承受的负荷已超出其疲劳强度的限值,发生断裂;对硅油减振器改进后,经过多轮可靠性台架试验,没有再发生曲轴失效的情况。

Abstract:
An inline six-cylinder engine crankshaft fracture occurred in the bench test, the failure of viscous torsional damper has been affirmed by testing. In order to determine the Influences of torsional damper failure on the durability of crankshaft, created the dynamic model of the engine's cranktrain and compared of the durability of crankshaft under normal operation condition and the damper failure condition. Indicated by the analysis that the main reason of the crankshaft fracture is the failure of viscous torsional failure;
