| 摘 要： | 首先讨论了晶闸管的反向恢复过程以及晶闸管反向恢复电流的数学模型，然后以ABB公司的晶闸管5STP34Q5200为例，用Matlab建立晶闸管反向恢复电流的指数函数模型。通过对模型进行仿真发现，在换相电压相同的情况下，线路电感值越大，晶闸管换相过电压越大。

| Abstract: | It is firstly introduced the reverse recovery process of thyristor and models for reverse recovery current.Then taking thristor 5STP34Q5200 of ABB as an example,the exponential function model of recovery current is established by Matlab.Finally we achieve the simulation conclusion that under the condition of constant commutating voltage,the bigger inductance of circuit,the higher commutation over voltage of thyristor. |
