摘    要:以中国国家标准和美国国家消防协会标准为基础,进行了海洋平台的七氟丙烷气体灭火系统的工程计算和设计;阐述了平台上应用七氟丙烷系统的可行性和灭火机理,针对平台特点选择分体式全淹没式系统;确定了不同电气房间所需的七氟丙烷浓度和喷放时间,计算不同防护区所需要的七氟丙烷灭火剂量;初选输送管线的管径和喷头数量并进行详细的水力计算,根据水力计算结果确定储瓶的充装量和管网的合理性,并根据得到的喷头入口压力计算喷头的等效孔口面积和喷头规格;最后设计计算密闭防护区的泄压口及其面积以及探讨其他一些七氟丙烷灭火系统工程设计中须解决的重点问题。

Abstract:As the environment demand becomes increasingly strict on Offshore Oil and Gas Engineering nowadays, the clean gas agent is showing its great importance in fire extinguishing on offshore platforms. Being the most widely used Haloncarbon clean agent in the world at present, HFC-227ea has no atmospheric effect and is high efficient to extinguish surface fires. Based on China National standards and America National Fire Protection Association standards, the engineering calculation and design of the HFC-227ea extinguishing system are carried on in this paper. Firstly, this paper studies the feasibility of HFC-227ea used on offshore platforms, its extinguishing mechanism and the selection of system forms. Secondly, the article determines the concentration and discharge duration and calculates the agent quantity in different protected areas. Thirdly the article selects the tentative pipe sizes and nozzle quantity to carry on hydraulic calculation. According to the hydraulic calculation results, the filling density of cylinders, the reasonableness of piping and the nozzle inlet pressure are confirmed. So the nozzle equivalent single-orifice diameter and model could be designed based on the inlet pressure. In addition, the article gives the pressure relief venting consideration and calculates the necessary free venting area in rooms on the platform. Finally, this article puts forward other considerations on the design of HFC-227ea extinguishing systems.
