| Abstract: | The alumina thin film was preparated by the method of sol-gel, by using isopropanol aluminum. Studies the effect of the concentration and viscosity of liquids, the kinds of using electrolyte,the concentration of electrolyte, the calcined temperature on the process of making aiumina thin film. |
