桥梁复合材料防撞方案研究

摘    要:在介绍船舶撞击桥梁成因的基础上,分析桥梁防撞设施应达到的具体要求,并详细比较了现有的间接式、直接式防撞设施的特点与适用情况。基于现有桥梁基础防撞方案的局限性,经理论分析与试验研究,提出了自浮式复合材料防撞方案。该方案采用自浮式复合材料防撞箱系统,其外壳为耐腐蚀性能强、弹性性能好的纤维复合材料,内部填充强度与刚度较大的纤维复合材料空心缠绕管,紧挨船舶撞击部位为纤维复合材料耗能缠绕管。该防撞设施可使船舶撞击力保持在可控范围内,确保大桥结构安全,同时还可有效减轻船舶受损程度,具有造价低、耐腐蚀、绿色环保等优点。

Abstract:Based on the introduction of the causes leading to ship-bridge collision,the specific requirements that the collision-proof devices should meet are analyzed,and the characteristics and application conditions of the existing direct and indirect collision-proof devices are compared in details.On the basis of the limitations of the current collision-proof schemes of bridge foundation and via theoretical analysis and experimental study,the collision-proof scheme of using self-floating composite material is proposed.The outer shell of the self-floating composite material box collision-proof system is made of the fiber composite material with high corrosion resistant ability and good elastic property,which is filled with hollow winding pipes made of fiber composite material with great strength and rigidity,and the space close to the ship impacting part is filled with energy absorbing winding pipe made of fiber composite material.The collision-proof device can keep the impact force of ship collision within a controllable range to guarantee the safety of the bridge structure and effectively reduce the damage degree of ships,which has the advantages of low cost,high corrosion resistant ability and is friendly to environment.
