摘    要:分析了在泡沫金属基柴油机微粒过滤器的设计中,泡沫金属过滤体的横截面积、厚度、平均孔径等因素对过滤器的过滤效率和排气背压的决定性作用,采用多维拟合法找出了各因素对排气特性总的影响规律,采用最优化决策有效减少试验次数,从而找出最佳的设计方案。试验表明,当过滤体的横截面积为150 cm2,厚度为100 mm,孔径为1.5 mm时,过滤效率达到86.4%,排气背压低于0.2 kPa,此时系统过滤性能最为理想。

Abstract:In the design of metal foam DPF,the effects of cross section,thickness and average aperture on back pressure and filtration efficiency were analyzed.With the multidimensional fitting method,the influence of all factors on exhaust characteristic was determined.With the optimal decision,the experiment times were reduced and the best design scheme was found.The result shows that the filtration effect is the best when the cross section is 150 cm2,the thickness is 100 mm and the aperture is 1.5 mm.And the filtra...
