摘    要:提出了确定柴油机喷油嘴传热边界条件的方法,用该方法建立了某柴油机喷油嘴的传热边界条件,并对喷油器工作时喷油嘴的复杂热负荷进行了三维有限元分析,得出了喷油器工作时喷油嘴的温度场、热变形及热应力。

Abstract:A method was presented to define the thermal boundary conditions of the nozzle in diesel engine.The thermal boundary conditions of the nozzle in a certain diesel engine were set up using the above method.3D finite element analysis of the thermal load of the nozzle was performed by using the ANSYS software.The temperature field,the thermal deformation and the heat stress field of the nozzle were obtained.These results are very useful for further failure analysis of nozzle and optimum design of its structure parameters.
