| 摘 要： | 结合铁路通信网资源管理建设过程中的实际经验,提出借助地理信息(GIS)技术开发资源管理系统中应注意的几个问题,探索运用SVG图形技术解决通信资源管理在WebGIS上技术应用的可行性,对图形展示技术和数据建模技术进行讨论,为铁路通信资源管理系统的建设提供新的选择。
