摘    要:为了提高站台门系统的可维修性、降低故障维修时间和维修成本。设计以4G网络为载体、诊断维护服务器为核心、信息安全传输为关键的网络架构,实现对地铁站台门系统运行过程中的监视、故障诊断和维护,满足跨区域异地监控站台门系统各功能的运行状态。对发生的故障进行维护管理与决策,同时根据故障数据,诊断出故障原因,并生成指导性维修预案,从而提高故障诊断的准确性和现场故障的维修效率,代替人工完成对站台门系统的监控与故障诊断。

Abstract:To improve the maintainability of a platform screen door system and reduce the maintenance time and cost, this study designs a network architecture with a 4G network as the carrier, diagnosis and maintenance server as the core, and information security transmission as the key. It realizes the monitoring, fault diagnosis, and maintenance of a subway platform screen door system in the operation process and meets the requirements of monitoring the operation status of the platform door system across regions and different places. According to fault data, the causes of faults are diagnosed, and the guiding maintenance plan is generated. Consequently, the accuracy of the fault diagnosis and the maintenance efficiency of the site faults are improved, replacing the manual monitoring and fault diagnosis of platform screen door systems.
