摘    要:速度目标值是城市轨道交通制定技术标准的重要依据,其选择的关键是找到速度目标与经济成本的平衡点。以拉萨市机场快线拟建项目为例,在保障功能、兼顾发展的基础上,寻求工程综合经济效益最大化。通过不同速度目标值对线路技术标准、车站分布、时间目标值进行适应性分析,确定速度目标值选择范围。根据选择范围内速度目标值对应的车辆购置费、土建工程费、系统工程费、运营成本进行分析,量化比较指标,推荐速度目标采用160 km/h,为相关设计和决策人员提供参考。

Abstract:The speed target value is an important basis for formulating technical standards for urban rail transit, and the key to its selection is to find the optimal balance between the speed target and economic cost. Taking the airport express train of City L as an example, on the basis of ensuring functions and considering development, the maximization of the comprehensive economic benefits of the project is sought. Through the adaptability analysis of different speed target values to line technical standards, distribution of stations, and time target values, the selection range of speed target values is determined. According to the analysis of the vehicle purchase, civil engineering, system engineering, and operation costs corresponding to the speed target value within the selection range, the quantitative comparison index and speed target value are 160 km/h. The study provides a reference for relevant design and decision making.
