南京市域轨道交通线网运营优化及发展规划研究

摘    要:南京市域轨道交通线网历经近10年的发展,运营里程已达200 km,具有覆盖面广、互联度高、开放性强等显著优势。线网有力地支撑了城市空间的拓展,带动沿线城市的开发,提升了沿线居民的时空可达性,在南京都市圈同城化的进程中发挥着重要作用。值此长三角区域一体化发展新机遇之际,为高水平打造南京都市圈的综合交通体系,满足居民日益增长的高品质出行需求,市域轨道在后续发展中将着力提升线网的快捷性、灵活性和互动性。具体措施包括优化运营模式、完善网络布局、改善网络换乘衔接、审慎选择速度与制式、统筹沿线开发建设时序等。

Abstract:After nearly a decade of development, the operating mileage of the Nanjing metropolitan rail transit network has reached 200 km, with significant advantages of wide coverage, high connectivity, and strong extensibility. The network strongly supports the expansion of the urban space, drives the land development along the transit line, and improves the accessibility of suburban residents. It also plays an important role in the urban agglomeration process of the Nanjing metropolitan area. Furthermore, with the movement towards the regional development integration of the Yangtze River Delta, there is a need to build a high-level comprehensive transportation system to fulfil the growing demand for high-quality travel experiences, therefore the metropolitan rail transit system will need to be improved in respect to speed, flexibility, and interconnectivity. Specific measures to achieve this goal include optimizing the operating organization mode, upgrading the network layout and cohesion, judiciously making choices on speed and the power supply system, and coordinating the timing of land development along the route.
