中小企业技术创新在辽宁调整经济结构、增强经济内在活力、加快经济发展和建立和谐社会中起着举足轻重的作用.然而,融资难一直是制约辽宁中小企业技术创新的"瓶颈".本文首先指出融资难问题是辽宁省中小企业技术创新中面临的主要问题;然后分析了中小企业融资难的原因;最后针对辽宁省金融发展现状,提出了金融间接支持中小企业技术创新的路径选择.

The Study on the Route that the Indirect Financing Sustains the Technological Innovation of the Middling and Small Enterprises in the Liaoning Province

The technological innovation of Small and medium enterprises(SME) is playing the vital role in Liaoning's optimizing economic structure,stimulating economic inherent vitality,accelerating economic development and building a harmonious society.The lack of financingis a "bottleneck" for SME's technological innovation.The paper indicates that the lack of financing is the main problem in the technological innovation of Small and medium enterprises(SME) and analyzes the reason of the lack of financing,lastly it puts forword the choice to make use of the indirect financing to support the technological innovation of SME.
