关于桥梁箱梁结构切割拆除的施工技术探讨

随着我国交通运输业现代化建设的快速发展,越来越多的混凝土结构被拆除、新建、扩建和改造。由于现有混凝土结构拆除或改造所采用的传统施工工艺和设备特点,施工环境中存在许多不确定因素、安全性较差、施工难度大、经济性差等。在重庆陡溪立交改造在施工中,采用线锯机(简称"线锯")对桥梁进行切割和拆除,取得了良好的效果。本文对金刚石线锯设备的原理、主要参数的组成、施工工艺流程、操作难点和主要特点进行了总结和探讨,为以后钢筋混凝土拆除工程施工方法的选择提供了有益的参考资源。

Discussion on Construction Technology of Bridge Box Girder Cutting and Demolition

With the rapid development of the modernization of China’s transportation industry,more and more concrete structures have been demolished,newly constructed,expanded and transformed.Due to the characteristics of traditional construction techniques and equipment used for the dismantling or reconstruction of existing concrete structures,there are many uncertain factors in the construction environment,poor safety,difficult construction,and poor economy.In the construction of Chongqing Doujie Interchange,a wire saw machine("wire saw"for short)was used to cut and remove the bridge,and achieved good results.This article summarizes and discusses the principle of diamond wire saw equipment,the composition of the main parameters,the construction process flow,the operating difficulties and the main features,and provides a useful reference resource for the selection of the construction methods of the reinforced concrete demolition project in the future.
