| 摘 要： | 为解决企业物流外包管理中的运输服务商选择问题,提出了基于模糊灰色物元理论的运输服务商选择方法,构造了运输服务商选择的评价指标体系,运用模糊灰色物元法建立了运输服务商评价与选择模型,从总评分、白色优劣度比、灰色优劣度比、总灰度、政策系数与远近效益5个角度来评价运输服务商的优劣,并通过具体实例验证了方法的适用性和可行性.

| Abstract: | The selection of transport suppliers based on Fuzzy Grey Element(FHW) theory is studied to solve the problem in logistics management decision for enterprises.The index system of evaluating and selecting transport suppliers is proposed,and the model using FHW method is established.This model evaluates transport suppliers from five points including total score,white good and bad degree ratio,gray good and bad degree ratio,total gray degree and recent and future effectiveness with policy factor.An example shows the model is feasible and effective. |
