摘    要:基于接触非线性理论,使用HyperMesh软件构建了城际动车车下吊装结构的接触有限元精细模型,通过ANSYS软件对吊装结构联接螺栓进行有限元接触分析.分析结果显示:工作工况下,最大螺栓应力出现在螺杆根部,预紧力对螺栓应力影响较大.通过对动车车下吊装结构的接触有限元分析,总结了若干影响接触非线性分析的因素,为铁路机车车辆接触非线性分析提供了若干有益的建模经验.

Abstract:Based on the contact nonlinear theory,a fine finite element model for the contact analysis of the hoisting structure under a intercity EMU is created in the software HyperMesh.The finite element contact analysis of the hoisting structure is calculated in the software ANSYS.The analysis results show that the maximum stress from all load cases appears in the bolt root.The pretension force has more effects on the bolt stress.By analyzing the finite element contact of hoisting structure under the intercity EMU,a number of factors that influence the contact nonlinear analysis are summarized to provide some useful experience to contact nonlinear analysis about the railway vehicles.
