摘    要:通过比较了掺加聚羧酸高效减水剂的混凝土与普通混凝土以及掺加了萘系减水剂的混凝土的耐久性能,确定聚羧酸高效减水剂有利于提高混凝土耐久性.研究了粉煤灰矿粉复合掺合料对混凝土耐久性的影响,通过对混凝土碳化深度及电通量的实验研究,发现粉煤灰矿粉复合掺合料对混凝土抗氯离子渗透能力和抗碳化性能的影响规律.采用压汞法测试混凝土孔径分布,研究了孔径分布对混凝土强度和耐久性的影响.实验结果表明,掺入了聚羧酸减水剂后,混凝土抗碳化能力及抗氯离子渗透能力均得到增强.掺人掺合料后,混凝土的抗碳化能力降低;但是抗氯离子渗透能力得到增强.孔径大小在10~1000 nm范围的孔对混凝土的耐久性能影响显著.

Abstract:By comparing the polycarboxylate superplasticizer concrete with ordinary concrete and the mixture of naphthalene superplasticizer,the durability of concretes are studied to determine the effect of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer to improve the durability of the concrete.Through the experiments of carbonation depth of concrete and electric flux.It is obtained the incorporation of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer,the concrete carbonation capacity and resistance to chloride ion penetration capabilities are enhanced.Incorporation of the admixture results in a low anti-carbonation ability of the concrete with a enhanced resistance to chloride ion penetration.Pore size in the range of 10-1 000 nm can affect the durability of concrete significantly.
