| 摘 要： | 在对对潜通信系统的技术特点和军事需求进行效能分析的基础上,结合潜艇作战的特殊性,构建了以业务性能指标和战术性能指标为基础的指标体系模型.该模型可以对对潜通信系统的基本通信保障能力和通信过程对潜艇作战效能的影响能力进行较为全面的评估. |

| Abstract: | Combining the technical character and military requirement of submarine communication system with the particularity of submarine batter,a effectiveness evaluation index framework based on operation capability index and tactics performance index is given,which evaluate roundly the basic communication capability of the communication system and the influence on submarine's battle effectiveness of communication process. |
