深弹发射装置信号采集与检测系统设计

摘    要:现役旧型深弹发射装置没有状态监测和诊断功能,在工作过程中的状态不易检查,无法很好的预防系统故障的发生。本文采用NI PCI-6225数据采集卡,运用虚拟仪器及其相关技术设计深弹发射装置检测仪,具有数据同时采集、采集数据实时显示、采集数据存储、状态诊断等功能。实践证明本设计能有效地测量分析装备的信号,准确判别系统的工作状态是否正常,同时通过保存和读取历史数据,进一步对系统故障进行分析诊断,提高深弹武器发射装置的保障水平。

Abstract:Using NI PCI-6225 DAQ card and, and applying virtual instrument technology, this paper designs a rocket depth charge launch system detection which has the functions of multi-channel and multi-parameter signal acquisition, huge measurement information storage and management, states diagnosis, and so on. Practice proves that this design can validly analyse the signals and judge the work condition of the equipment. At the same time, it can diagnose the system real-function through keeping and reading history data, and improve the guarantee level of Rocket Depth Charge System.
