爆炸活塞式限流器的温升仿真分析与试验

摘    要:爆炸活塞式限流器采用电弧触发器检测短路电流,触发爆炸活塞机构高速分断电路,具有较强的限流能力。本文基于ANSYS11.0建立了直流爆炸活塞式限流器的三维热电耦合仿真模型,仿真结果和试验基本一致。仿真和试验结果表明,安装火工品装置的部位温升仅21K,可见这种结构中火工品装置的长期工作温度较低,有利于提高火工品装置的寿命。

Abstract:Arc trigger is used in the explosive piston current limiter to detect the short circuit current,which triggers the explosive piston machine to interrupt circuit swiftly,and has high capacity of limiting current.In this paper,the three-dimensional DC thermoelectric model is established based on ANSYS11.0,and the simulation results are all most the same as that of experiment.The results show that the temperature of the parts with pyrotechnics rises only 21K.Therefore,its long-term working temperature is low,which is beneficial to improve the life of the structure.
