摘    要:提出了一种摆线针轮传动中针摆啮合综合刚度的计算方法,该方法基于Hertz公式,在求解单对针齿啮合刚度时,考虑摆线轮齿廓曲率的影响,推导出了单对齿啮合刚度公式,在此基础上,根据修形摆线轮有隙啮合受力分析结果,建立了摆线针轮传动的啮合模型,计算时首先确定在传动过程中任意时刻进入啮合状态的齿数,再对各齿的刚度进行叠加得到摆线针轮综合啮合刚度.此方法得到的扭转刚度数值较传统方法计算结果更合理.

Abstract:Based on Herz formula,taking into account the curvature of cycloidal profile,the meshing rigidity calculation formulation is proposed for a couple of teeth.The pin-cycloid drive meshing model is constructed to determine the real meshing teeth number at any meshing moment based on the force analysis of modified cycloidal with clearance,and the integrated meshing stiffness is obtained for the whole pin-cycloid gear.The calculation results is more reasonable than the traditional method does.
