| 摘 要： | 2004年12月29日，2005年度全国重点煤炭产运需衔接会议在世界最大的煤炭输出港——秦皇岛市隆重召开。这次会议是国家发展和改革委员会会同铁道部、交通部等有关单位召开的。有关省(区、市)主管工业的负责人参加了会议。国家发改委欧新黔副主任做了重要讲话。会上铁路、交通部门和煤炭、电力行业，结合实际对本系统企业提出了做好煤炭产、运、需衔接的具体要求。
