The article introduces the design thought of a high-viscosity asphalt matrix mixture.The mixture can be statically rolled and compacted by the special design,and at the same time the problem of the deformation compliance shortage of common asphalt concrete for the steel deck is resolved.The static rolling and compacting process prevents the compaction of pavement layer and the adhesion of pavement layer with the steel deck from the fault caused by the vibration during the pavement of steel deck.The application case proves that it has the good water-seal and transport resistant capacity.
