| Abstract: | This paper analyses the present management system of marine safety supervision and the traditional supervision measures applied by citing three serious marine accidents which occurred in Guangdong waters and then proposes that directing-type government＇s function mode will help to establish a long-term operational mechanism in the management of marine safety supervision in China. |
